I would recomend The Shinning by Stephen King and The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini.
The Shinning was the second book (and first novel) I read by Stephen King and was just really enjoyable to read. Stephen King is one of my favorite writers, so it's just a classic in my opinion. The description is much better than the film, even though the film is ( Read more... )

I think a cure for cancer is what I would want the most. My grandmother died of it, and there is a hell of a lot of people dying from even at young ages, as I'm sure you know. It seems a bit ridiculous now, I think they need to find it soon.

I concider myself to be a realist, even though I try not to be, reality is quite depressing at times. My mum tends to tell me it whenever I ruin her plans which she's thought out. I must like contradicting people. Maybe I strive to be correct too often.

I felt awful about the Liverpool Woolworths store closing. I mean, it was the first store to be opened in the UK. I don't really wish any other chain was open right now, Woolworths was just an awful loss. It has been going for 99 years. :(

I know it's probaby expected off me but I think Cillian Murphy would make a great doctor. He is smart, and fits perfectly in my opinion. I know it's got nothing to do with it, but David was Scottish. :P
